In a new regular series, we're asking the movers and shakers from the Doha F&B and hospitality industry to find out what five things are keeping them going during the lockdown.

Zulal Wellness Resort's executive chef Michael Davis has found a few ways to keep himself busy.

Three things you’re enjoying doing at home right now

Every day I enjoy the view from my apartment. I'm very fortunate to be able to look out over the beach.

I'm keeping busy with fun zoom meetings with my family in the UK.

I seem to clean when I’m stressed or as a way to relax, so that's another thing that keeps me on my toes.

Your favourite place to order home delivery from

I don’t usually order food takeaway, I prefer to cook it myself. But If I do order, it would be from Evergreen Organics, one of the very few fully vegan restaurants in Qatar. The place is small but really cosy and right by the Qanat Quartier canal at the Pearl Qatar.

The first thing you’re looking forward to doing in Doha when this is all over

I'm really looking forward to going to the market. I miss people and crowds and the daily hustle and bustle.
