Now's a great chance to catch up on all that reading (that's what Lavanya Kumar from InterContinental Doha The City is doing, too).

Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited service is offering a two-month free trial, giving you access to more than a million books on any device.

The Unlimited subscription, which also includes magazines and audiobooks, includes an epic library of fiction and non-fiction books as well as staying-at-home essentials like cookbooks and DIY manuals.

All you need to do is download the free Kindle app to your phone or computer (it works on Mac, PC, iOS and Android) and sign up for a two-month trial subscription before the end of April.

You can store up to ten e-books on your device at a time, and there’s no obligation to carry on after your subscription lapses.

In fact, you can preemptively cancel as soon as you’ve signed up, and still get the two months. The only downside is it’s only available to new customers.

Prefer to listen instead of read? Amazon’s Audible has made hundreds of free audiobooks available.
