The beach at Doha's Katara Cultural Village now has an entrance fee.
It is free for under sevens to enter, but now costs QAR25 for anyone between seven and 17 years old and is QAR50 for anyone 18 and over.
Katara announced the change through its Twitter account.

Dear visitors, starting Saturday 4th July 2020, entrance to Katara Beach will be through paid tickets according to the age groups below:
18 years and above
Ticket price is Qr. 50
From 7 to 18 years
Ticket price is Qr. 25

The beach opened on July 1, as part of Qatar's phase 2 of restrictions easing.
As part of the measures to keep people safe, kids' play areas and boats will be cleaned and sanitised, social distancing measures are in place, the number of people allowed in is reduced, no more than six people can sit together, swimming is only permitted on beaches three and four (before sunset).
Jet ski ports are also in operation from 3pm every day.
