Prime is hosting a dedication to Canada’s eclectic and diverse cuisine and you can discover all the exquisite dishes prepared by guest chef Bertrand Jeanson, executive chef at InterContinental Montreal.
In partnership with the Embassy of Canada to Qatar, Qatar Airways and InterContinental Montreal, this event West Meats East will highlight and introduce Canadian produce, cuisine and culture to Doha.
If you dine at Prime and ask for the Canadian menu, you will also have the chance to win two business class roundtrip tickets to Montreal, Canada on Qatar Airways and a four-night stay at the InterContinental Montreal.
Jeanson will be in Doha from November 17 to 21 but the menu will be available for lunch and dinner from November 18 until 30.
You can enjoy a three-course set menu for lunch and three- and five-course set menus for dinner. If you’re looking to try just a few specific dishes, there’s an á la carte option as well.
The menus feature some of the best Canadian meat and seafood which you can find exclusively at Prime.
A few notable items on the menu include Canadian beef tartar with maple syrup, grilled halibut, cold-smoked grilled beef fillet mignon, Canadian lobster ravioli and pouding chômeur with sweet clover ice cream.
