Mall of Qatar is staging live performances dedicated to traditional horsemen

Watch a free live Argentinian show

Head over to Mall of Qatar this week to explore the amazing world of Argentinian art, music and culture.

There’s a limited supply of Argentinian destinations in the city, a restaurant here and there at most, making this is the perfect opportunity to watch live shows that celebrate the nation’s folklore.

The Go Gaucho performance will takes place live at the Ooredoo Stage every day at 7pm and 8.30pm until Saturday February 2.

The gaucho played a major role in the country’s independence from Spain and he is respected as a symbol representing the nationalist feelings of Argentina that spread throughout South America.

Celebrating the showmanship of Argentina’s horsemen, this exclusive production features seven international artists and combines dynamic music, traditional dance and authentic costumes showcasing the story of these skilled riders, reputed to be brave and unruly.

“At Mall of Qatar we consistently strive to deliver exceptional entertainment to excite and thrill our customers. We love being able to bring international acts to Qatar, and we know that our customers will enjoy the story and vibrancy of Go Gaucho,” says Stuart Elder, Mall of Qatar’s CEO.

Since the 19th century gauchos became greatly admired and renowned in legends, folklore and literature and became an important part of Argentina’s cultural scene.

The show is ideal for the entire family and whether you’re window shopping or just having a coffee at one of the many cafés in Mall of Qatar, be sure to stop by and witness some Argentinian-style fun.
Free. Until Feb 2. Daily 7pm and 8.30pm. Ooredoo Stage, Mall of Qatar, Ar-Rayyan (4034 6000).
