Here at Time Out, we’re always on the hunt for our next workout – the more intense the better.
We spend our days munching our way through the best of the city’s restaurants, and we’re sure you’d agree it’s important for us to keep a healthy balance.
If you’re also looking for your next sweat sesh, we have good news, as Hollywood favourite Barry’s has just opened a branch in Doha.
Located at The Gate Mall, you’ll be able to try out Barry’s signature workouts, which focus on different parts of the body every day.
On Sundays, you’ll be targeting your whole body, while Mondays are all about arms and abs. Your lower body will be getting a workout on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are for chest, back and abs.
Finally, Thursdays are for toning your abs and booty, while Fridays are back to total body, and Saturday will be for your upper body.
Barry’s has quite the cult following all over the world, and you’ll soon find out why.
You can get your first class for QR85, and can book class packs to suit you if you like it.
Single classes are QR120, while five classes are QR580, and 10 classes are QR1,110.
Plus, if you’re really committed, you can get a membership with 12 classes per 30 days for QR1,200, or 30 classes per 30 days for QR1,850.
Barry’s is open from 5.30am until 9pm from Sunday to Thursday, between 8am until 12.30pm on Fridays, and from 8am until 7pm on Saturdays, and you can sign up for classes through the Barry’s app.
You’ll find us at the back of the class, regretting every decision we’ve ever made to lead us here (then coming back again tomorrow).
From QR85 (first class). Sun-Thu 5.30am-9pm; Fri 8am-12.30pm; Sat 8am-7pm. The Gate Mall, West Bay.
