Watch every past World Cup match for free with FIFA+

Stream live matches and watch archive content or original documentaries now

Look. We’re already super excited about the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and every new announcement sends us into the stratosphere.

But if you’re not yet there, you will be soon, because you can now watch every single World Cup match ever recorded completely for free thanks to FIFA+.

The new digital platform will be home to a huge archive of footage, including more than 2,000 hours of content from previous FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup tournaments.

That’s not all, either, as you will be able to stream live games (also for free) on the platform, with 40,000 games per year from across all six confederations by the end of 2022.

FIFA+ isn’t just for watching our favourite nail-biting penalty shootouts or iconic goals – you’ll also get a deeper insight into the beautiful game through original content.

Already on the slate for this year are feature-length documentary Ronaldinho: The Happiest Man in the World, docuseries Golden Boot, which will interview the greatest World Cup goalscorers, and Croatia: Defining a Nation, a documentary about how football unites and binds the nation.

In case we hadn’t said it enough already, you can get all of this content (both archive footage, live, and never-seen-before originals) completely for free on FIFA+. Seriously, no hidden costs, free.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said, “FIFA+ represents the next step in our vision to make football truly global and inclusive, and it underpins FIFA’s core mission of expanding and developing football globally.

“This project represents a cultural shift in the way different types of football fans want to connect with and explore the global game and has been a fundamental part of my Vision 2020-2023. It will accelerate the democratisation of football and we are delighted to share it with fans.”

Now that’s something we can all get behind.
