Why you need to head to The Westin Doha for some chill time

After a long, hot month, you could use some much-needed pampering and The Westin’s spa has just introduced a new range of services. From revitalising treatments to fun activities, there’s plenty on offer.

There's a new oxygen facial by Intraceuticals that promises glowing skin, rehydration and rejuvenation.

Suite Nails, a dedicated manicure and pedicure salon, is offering regular nail services as well as nail art if you fancy getting all that in a luxurious setting.

Additionally, the Squash Academy has been introduced and you can take private, semi-private or group classes from experts. The first squash tournament takes place from August 29 until 31 at the hotel’s squash courts.

The Westin has also introduced a range of workouts and classes including yoga sessions, FloatFit, kickboxing and aqua gym. If you’re interested in water exercises, there’s lots more happening in the city.

Apart from group classes, personal training sessions with certified and professional instructors are offered depending on prior reservations.

For more workout options, check out Doha’s best gyms and also get a few tips on exercising safely at home, if you don’t want to leave your space.

Other classes include HIIT, circuit training and zumba, too.
Open daily 6am-10pm. The Westin Doha, Fereej Bin Mahmoud (4492 1682).
