There are so many reasons to love CrossFit. Not only can you achieve all your fitness goals, but you can be part of an incredible community. This regime involves several functional movements in a timed or scored workout. The movements involve pull-ups, squats, rowing, gymnastics, box jumps and running among others. There are options for personal training and the best part is you can enroll your kids, too, for CrossFit Kids.

This functional fitness centre features Qatar’s first CrossFit gym CrossFit Quwwa, outdoor bootcamps, functional circuits, specialist conditioning classes, ladies only CrossFit classes and more. There are around 60 classes to check out each week.

T23 Crossfit Gym
This is another CrossFit centre that focuses on everything from the core fundamentals to gymnastics and endurance. The speciality of this gym are its trainers who are all dedicated veterans and will assist you through your goals and demand the best out of you. The gym is so good looking and in between all the friendly banter with your new mates (yes, they really are that friendly), you’ll not even realise how many calories you’ve burnt.
