After a thrilling game at Lusail Stadium (seriously, we don’t think our hearts will ever recover from this World Cup final), Argentina lifted the golden trophy, defeating France 4-2 on penalties.
France’s Kylian Mbappé walked away with the adidas Golden Boot Award, with eight goals and two assists from 597 minutes of play, while Lionel Messi was given the silver boot, and Olivier Giroud the bronze boot.
Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez was given the adidas Golden Glove Award, while Enzo Fernandez received the Young Player Award.
England also received the FIFA Fair Play Trophy.
