We give this one points for being one of the only restaurants in the city actively serving organic produce, grown especially for the St. Regis Doha. With their array of artisan farm offerings, including sustainable fish and meat, it’s no surprise they’ve taken inspiration from California. Their American-Mediterranean-style cuisine means the menu is a bit quixotic, but we like it none the less. And, we’re willing to pay their higher prices in order to get cruelty-free food on our plates.
