This spot proves there’s more to Mexican cuisine than melted cheese. Richard Sandoval’s flagship Doha eatery, the venue has a phenomenal waterfront location on the Pearl, which is matched with fantastic seafood done with Mexican flair. They also have some of the best guacamole we’ve ever had, which more than makes up for occasional slow service: keep us in chips and dip and we’ll wait forever.
