Travel around the world with this brunch

No sweat if you didn’t get on a plane this summer

Travel around the world with this brunch

If you’ve loved and regularly visited the super fun Farmers’ and Super Hero brunches at The Ritz-Carlton and subsequently mourned its absence, we’ve got great news for you. The hotel is still pretty serious about its brunch offering and continues to innovate its concepts with the launch of the new Worldwide Brunch.

Overlooked by four international chefs, executive chef Satish Yerramilli, executive sous-chef Evangelos Liakouris, Efe Salar, chef de cuisine at Lagoon Restaurant and Xavier Vautier, pastry chef, The Worldwide Brunch showcases cuisines from unique culinary destinations such as Mexico on July 27, Greece on August 3, Italy on August 10, Turkey on August 17 and finally, Pan America on August 31. That’s one whole month of trying your favourite dishes and new items from around the world and more importantly, one whole month of not feeling bad that you didn’t travel this summer.

Family and friends will be entertained with musical performances while the little ones will join the festive fun with an array of activities including face painting, balloon twisting, cinema screenings and much more. The layout from Lagoon Restaurant provides the ideal setting for a relaxing day out with friends and family and the menu prepared by the chefs will offer countless options to please practically anyone.
QR180 (soft beverages), QR280 (house beverages), QR90 (children between 5 and 12 years of age), free for children below five. Fri 1pm-4pm. The Lagoon Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton, West Bay Lagoon (4484 8000).
