We always love a good, new menu and just when we’re craving one, Paper Moon Doha launches a special seasonal list featuring delicious dishes hand-picked by its chef de cuisine Diego De Rosa, in collaboration with Qatari influencer Abdulaziz Al-Ajail.
Inspired by Al-Ajail’s travels, Paper Moon Doha has curated an exclusive menu exploring the blend of Italian and international flavours and we think it’s definitely something to try.
The new menu infuses the freshness of spring into classic staples. You’ll find seasonal ingredients like Mediterranean herbs and rich, creamy relishes, all combined to create a unique gastronomical experience.
The spaghetti carbonara with black truffle and pistachio is as tantalising as the pizza topped with beetroot pesto, burrata and crispy kale. Also, risotto-lovers shouldn’t miss trying out the risotto with sumac. It might be a tad tangy, but the flavour combination works surprisingly well. From the dolce kitchen comes a decadent cannoli filled with caramel ice cream and almonds, and you’ll be dreaming of this for days.
The menu is available until Sunday April 18, and if you haven’t been to Paper Moon Doha yet, this collaboration presents the perfect opportunity for you to treat yourself.
