How does a perfectly grilled rack of ribs and a generous (and very delicious) serving of Turkish kebabs sound? If you’re salivating at the thought, we’ve got your cravings covered, with a satisfying selection of Turkish food that you can start eating today.
The St. Regis Doha today launches a Turkish Food Festival, where award-winning chefs from Istanbul’s St. Regis will bring forth a magical fusion of Central Asian, Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines. The Turkish food festival will be held from Sunday March 4 to Wednesday 14 from 6pm to 11pm, at Vine, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, featuring some of Turkey’s signature dishes and traditional desserts.
If you’re a seafood-lover and would like nothing but to indulge in some fresh surf, the festival will have a special Turkish seafood night, featuring a wide range of dishes, on Wednesday March 7 and Wednesday 14. Meat fans can take advantage of the Turkish barbecue night that will take place on Thursday March 8.
Now the Grand Brunch is already pretty grand, but throw in some Turkish touches and you have the perfect Friday afternoon for a foodie. The special Turkish edition of the Grand Brunch will take place on Friday March 9 from 12.30pm to 4pm and guests can savour a lavish spread across 2,500 square metres. Some of the leading chefs from the hotel’s Astor Grill, Opal by Gordon Ramsay and Vine will make this an afternoon to remember. There will be live entertainment and special activities for children, too.
We’ll be around the meat section in our red caps from Istanbul. See you there.
