Restaurants near Doha Corniche

Damasca One

It’s not going to be cheap but it’s definitely going to be worth it. Damasca One serves excellent Levantine fare. It’s located in Souq Waqif and it’s easily the liveliest even on weekdays with people walking around and live music. It’s also a great way to explore the Souq and get a taste of local culture.

If you’re looking for something fancy, prepared to be dazzled. From the broken-mirror mosaics through the corridor and the gorgeous paintings that lead up to the central foyer adorned with a mini water fountain to some of the tastiest Iranian food in town, Parisa impresses on all levels. Finish off your meal with saffron ice cream.

Umm Al Hanaya

Located close to Crazy Signal, this seafood-themed spot is your best bet for a reasonable meal in the area. It’s not cheap, but the prices are affordable and quantities are excellent. The seafood is the best here, naturally, and the entire restaurant has been renovated recently. It’s modelled after the inside of a ship, so it’s quite the experience.
B Ring Road (4421 0333).

Orient Pearl

This stunning venue is easily one of the biggest in the city with fantastic views, great Middle Eastern food and lots of entertainment options. There’s live music inside and if you choose to sit outdoors, there’s nothing else like the fountain display in Doha. In fact, even if you’re driving by, you’ve surely noticed it. Next time, just drive up and grab a table.
Corniche (4410 6666).

Smat is a super venue – it’s located right on the Corniche and along with your brilliant fusion Qatari meal, you’ll have wonderful sea views right in front of you. Try the Qatari breakfast here for a truly memorable experience.
