There’s an innovative new menu at Hunters Room & Grill and it features more than 35 dishes.
The recently launched menu is created by the restaurant’s chef de cuisine Esteban Guevara and the dishes feature a special twist from Latin America.
The menu has been designed to offer an exciting dining experience throughout a selection of delicious soups, appetisers, burgers and the chef’s signature dishes.
So what’s on the menu, you ask? Start off with the kale salad which includes apple with pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, mint honey mustard and smoked salmon to add more crunchiness.
The beef carpaccio is an appetising beef tenderloin with wholegrain fig mustard, enoki mushrooms, chipotle aioli, truffle oil and parmesan cheese.
The chef’s signature dishes include black Angus tomahawk, a succulent 1.4 kg cut carved at the table and served with three side dishes and two sauces of your choice, the Malbec short ribs with palm sugar and polenta on the side and a very delicious t-bone or tenderloin.
