If you’re looking to take a break from all the fancy Friday blowout brunches, a relaxing lunch might do you some good.
Eclectic Andalusian brasserie BiBo Doha is now open for lunchtime from 1pm to 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Recently opened at The St. Regis Doha, there are plenty of options to pick from the delectable à la carte menu.
Featuring a variety of Spanish signature dishes, the menu created by Michelin-starred chef Dani Garcia, provides the perfect opportunity to have a fun lunch out with your friends and family on the weekend.
This extensive menu includes some of Garcia’s family favourites such as the pollo asado, served as a whole roasted chicken with truffle and foie grass stuffing and chicken jus, as well as the succulent chuleton (Spanish for a rib steak), offered as a 1.5 kg bone-in rib eye steak with a flavourful beef sauce. The pescado del día is also one of the chef’s favourites, being a traditional family fish meal in Andalusia.
It’s one of Doha’s newest spots, and we see no reason not to have lunch here this weekend.
