For as low as QR89, you can enjoy a two-course express lunch at Prime, ideal for a productive business meeting or a quick lunch.

And when they say express, they mean it. Lunch will be served in less than 50 minutes, or you get 50 percent off the price of your meal.

If you’re passionate about tasty meat and seasonal ingredients, multi-award winning Prime in the heart of West Bay is a bold, quality dining destination promising the finest selection of cuts and fresh seafood, consistently grilled and seasoned to perfection.

Prime’s relaxed and comfortable setting and open kitchen combined with its exquisite cuisine will make for a memorable dining experience. It’s the ultimate destination for the discerning meat connoisseur.

Choose an appetiser and a main course from a selection of signature dishes and French traditional specialities. End your meal on a sweet note with a decadent dessert from a trolley that will be rolled right up to your table.

The assortment of appetisers includes Argentinian beef carpaccio and three artisan boards – homemade duck rillettes with paté en croute and beef pate with black peppercorns, seasonal vegetables terrine with marinated vegetables and a cherry tomato basil salad, and salmon gravlax with salmon tartar and salmon rillettes with lime and salmon roe.

The main course menu changes every week, so there is something new for you to choose from, and the choices always feature a vegetarian and fish option. You can also choose to have the daily French special instead.

Here’s a peek into what’s on offer every day on the chef’s specials menu:

Sunday – beef bourguignon with carrots/potatoes
Monday – veal blanquette with pilaf rice
Tuesday – Osso Bucco with tagliatelle pasta
Wednesday – sautéed chicken chasseur with potatoes
Thursday – lamb navarin with seasonal vegetables

Prepared fresh every day by executive pastry chef David Girard, the dessert trolley includes coffee flavoured crème brulee flambéed before you, decadent and silky milk chocolate mousse made with pure Valrhona chocolate, the very unique and nostalgic floating island (not found anywhere else in Doha) and a selection of fresh cakes and tarts.
