Crossroads Kitchen has opened with a new concept

We know you’ve missed Crossroads Kitchen because we did too. The good news is it’s back and the better news is it’s open with a new street food concept.

Crossroads Kitchen will now take you on a culinary journey across five continents through the world’s best street foods.

The restaurant now showcases innovative cooking and dining experiences in a new, sleek, modern design utilising the abundance of natural daylight during the day and the cityscape view at night to create a much better experience for you.

The focus is now on the open kitchen where you can see dishes from all around the world being prepared live.

The menu takes inspiration from Thai curries to Caribbean seafood and traditional Spanish tapas to Peruvian ceviche. Grilled dishes, tandoor oven-baked food, meats grilled over a charcoal grill, vegan and vegetarian street food selection are all part of the new culinary offerings.

Crossroads Kitchen is a food hall focused on street food and traditions from the Levant region, Europe, Asia, Africa, Caribbean and the Americas.

There’s a new bar area so you can relax before or after your meal with a signature beverage.

The artwork that you see around is inspired by the vibrant street food scenes from around the world.

With beautiful things to see and delicious food to taste, this is one culinary journey that’s going to be pretty memorable.
