Things to do in Doha: Try the Pink Fika Time at West End Café

It’s breast cancer awareness month and institutions all across the country are doing their part in spreading the message. From free screenings to other events, there's lots happening in Doha.

Marriott Marquis City Center Doha recently hosted “Fight Against Breast Cancer” in partnership with Qatar Cancer Society to raise awareness and provide funds for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The monthly health campaign aims at constructing awareness about the disease, raising funds for Qatar Cancer Society and enforcing the importance of early detection.

To mark this occasion, the hotel is offering Think Pink items at Quick Bites and Pink Fika Time at West End Cafe throughout this month.

The best part is that ten percent of the proceeds from the sale of anything that falls under the pink concepts will be donated to Qatar Cancer Society.

Pink Fika Time in West End Café is priced at QR55 per person and will be served daily from 10am to 5pm until October 31.

You can enjoy a selection of homemade Swedish pastries and take a break with friends and family in the traditional Swedish style.
QR55. Daily 10am-5pm. West End Café, Marriott Marquis City Centre Doha Hotel, West Bay (4419 5000).
