All that glitters is gold (and edible) at Hakkasan’s upcoming Golden Week celebration.
This annual Chinese seven-day festival is landing in Doha from October 1 to 14 (yes, for two whole weeks and we’re all for belated celebrations) and you can head over to Hakkasan to try the special set menu for the occasion.
Featuring the freshest ingredients and traditional Cantonese cooking techniques, the menu will feature top flavours and signature dishes.
You can enjoy a variety of items including the popular dim sum platter (which we love), stir-fried Wagyu beef with yam and pine nuts, crispy cuttlefish with mango in a sweet plum sauce and wok-seared tiger prawns with golden egg yolk for appetisers and mains.
Got a sweet tooth? We hear you. For dessert you can try the golden ring, a delicate pudding with black tea, yuzu pear, ginger and dulce cream.
