Ramadan in Doha 2020: How to make raspberry clafoutis

This Ramadan, we’re sharing recipes from chefs from our favourite restaurants and hotels in Doha.

InterContinental Doha has shared this delicious raspberry recipe for Ramadan this year.

INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
180 ml cream
180 ml milk
150g sugar
100g flour
1 vanilla bean
Butter to coat the tart frame
250g raspberries

METHOD
1. Beat the eggs together with milk, cream and sugar.

2. Add the seeds of a vanilla bean into it.

3. Sieve the flour into it and stir well to avoid lumps.

4. Pour the batter into buttered tart frames. Place the raspberries randomly on top of it.

5. Bake the clafoutis at 180 C with medium fan for 16 – 18 minutes.

6. Serve warm, with icing sugar and whipped cream.
