Offices in Doha can reach 50 percent capacity from July 1

The Qatar government has announced that offices can operate at 50 percent capacity from July 1.

H. Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Dr Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi said in the public and private sectors, workplaces must not have more than half of theirvworkforce inside at once.

Also announced is that private healthcare facilities can now operate at 60 percent capacity.

All changes are subject to the health and safety measures and social distanicng rules that are already in place.

Also changing from July 1, is the opening of restaurants and bars - which also have strict guidelines to follow.
