Among many meditative and strengthening classes Yama Yoga Studios, Qatar’s only dedicated yoga centre, offers pre- and post-natal yoga sessions at their two locations for QR75, 75 minutes (you can just drop in). On top of this they also host baby massage classes and a natural childbirth course.
