Spaghetti with easy bolognaise sauce
Makes 4 servings
365g lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white sugar
Ground black pepper
1 clove garlic chopped
15g minced onion
360g chopped tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3/4 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 Brown beef over medium heat, drain off fat.
2 In a large pot combine salt, salt, sugar, oregano, garlic, onion, diced tomato, tomato paste and sliced mushroom. Simmer at low heat setting for two hours, stirring occasionally.
3 Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Serve sauce over spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese.
