Always wondered what it would be like to roll out of bed and straight into the mall for a major shopping session?
Soon you won’t have to, as Le Royal Méridien Doha is set to open in the first quarter of 2022.
Book in for your stay in one of the 377 rooms, suites, and residences and you’ll be able to head for the mall Place Vendôme whenever you want, as the hotel and shopping centre are connected.
More of a foodie than a shopaholic? Not to worry, as Le Royal Méridien Doha will also be home to a French and Italian restaurant from Michelin-starred chef David Myers, and an Anatolian rooftop pool grill by Turkish Chef Esat Akyildiz.
Entertainment centre Trocadéro will also be opening at Place Vendôme Qatar, making it a family-friendly spot, too.

“The upcoming year will attract international travellers to the global events held in Qatar that include FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and being the closest hotel to Lusail Stadium and Entertainment City, our guest can look forward to the utmost comfort and convenience.”
Lusail Stadium will host the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 final on Sunday December 18, 2022.
Inspired by the fanar lantern, the 80,000 seat venue will be transformed into a community space filled with schools, shops, cafés, sporting facilities and health clinics post-tournament.
