Foodies of Doha, get ready for the Taste of Mondrian this June.
Between Wednesday June 1 and Saturday June 4, the five-star hotel will be hosting a culinary showcase across each of its outlets – and you won’t want to miss it.
First up, the eponymous chef Morimoto will be arriving in Doha ready to wow diners with a bespoke menu on June 1, followed by a special Japanese short drink ceremony.
Then on both Thursday June 2 and Friday June 3, you can expect an omakase experience, as well as a tuna cutting ceremony on Friday.

Mondrian Doha’s sister hotel SLS Dubai hit the headlines when it opened Fi’lia, the region’s first female-led restaurant, and on Friday June 3, chef Sara Aqel will be bringing the party with her from the UAE with a brunch takeover and a special dinner menu.
Over at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, chef Luke Omarzu will be serving up prime cuts at brunch, and taking you on a world tour via your stomach at dinner on Saturday June 4.
Take decadence to a new level at 12 Chairs caviar bar throughout the weekend, with daily mixology classes from chef Marcus Riot, while award-winning mixologist Ollie Hampton is heading to Hudson Tavern between Wednesday June 1 and Saturday June 4 to serve up bespoke mixed drinks.
The absolute highlight of the culinary weekend, however, has to be the gala dinner on Thursday June 2, with performances from Lebanese musician Guy Manoukian and singer George Nehme.

The party doesn’t have to end there, either, with live entertainment and custom-made Cuban rolls at Smoke & Mirrors on June 2 and June 3, plus a club night with Innellea at Black Orchid on June 3.
