Coral
The InterContinental Doha is experimenting with something it’s never done before. It has just introduced a one-of-a-kind brunch at Coral. This weekly affair features different themes for every brunch and just to get you excited, some of the previous themes included duck sensation, chocolate, cheese and truffle.

InterContinental Doha The City
Launching this month is a unique and relaxed family brunch at The Square featuring flavours from France and beyond. Experience cuisines influenced by France and French dishes influenced by other cuisines – that includes flavours from the French Caribbean, North Africa, Pondicherry in India and a few more. Some of the dishes you can expect to find at this brunch are salmon coulibiac, veal blanquette, cod fish cake, Vietnamese pho, Moroccan pastilla and Pondicherry bread pudding. The desserts will be created by chef David Girard (of La Parisienne) and yes, there will be choux a la crème. There will be entertainment, live kitchens, interactive cooking and plenty of fun, games and activities for the little ones with the opening of Aladdin kids’ club.

Sel & Miel
Saturdays are super sophisticated at brand-new French brasserie Sel & Miel. With its modern design and gourmet roots, The Parisian Saturday Brunch adds a touch of glamour to the Doha brunch scene, featuring a wide selection of French appetisers, main courses and desserts served on the trolley. There is art-related live entertainment, so you’re going to feel like you’re actually in Paris. There aren’t many Saturday brunches, so this is how you can end your weekend in style with your family and friends.

Shanghai Club

If we’re being completely honest, even 11am is too early to wake up on a Friday. Which is why the new sunset brunch is absolutely perfect for us. Laze all morning and then head out to catch the 3pm to 6.30pm affair. There are lots of delicious dishes such as the Peking duck and tofu cakes (which are excellent) and live entertainment, too. If you’re wondering what live entertainment a Chinese brunch could possibly have, you’ll be surprised. There’s an adorable tea sommelier who performs a tea demonstration with her pot (including a little dance and a few stunts).

Sridan
Explore favourites from around the world at this lively street food-themed brunch. You’ll find all the best snacks and desserts at Sridan and if you pick the beverage package, you’ll get to try some interesting signature mixed drinks. There’s live music, too.

STK Doha
With signature dishes and drinks, impeccable service, impressive views of the city and a lightning line up of DJs and entertainment, the STK Dare to Brunch is an indulgent affair for those who dare to join this ultimate party. And by party, we mean already shaking a leg in the lift ride to the 23rd floor. Click plenty of pictures at the neon pink Dare to Be signage near the entrance, pop in and groove to the music and finally, sit down and try some of the signature dishes. Our favourite truffle wagyu sliders are served as part of the brunch menu.

Taste
With Arabic, Thai and loads of other international favourites such as ouzi, sushi, shawarma and live stations, this promises to be a fun brunch filled with foodies. Plus, it’s a great reason to check out this brand-new Doha skyscraper.
