Dance in the sky with Brava Studio

Ever wanted to immerse yourself in the world of dance or aerial arts, but couldn’t find a venue with leading industry standards in Doha? Look no further, Brava Studio has just opened its doors to the public.

Brava Studio strongly believes in the transformative power of performing arts and its ability to engage and inspire people of all ages. The brand-new studio provides the community in Qatar with high quality dance and aerial arts education. Simply put, super cool air stunts are not all you can learn at this school – the formally trained staff can teach you everything from street dance and afrobeats to ballroom, contemporary, tango and other forms of dance and aerial arts.

Brava Studio has meticulously picked some of the best dance educators in the business and you can choose your instructor based on their specific skills.

Federica Liuzzo, an aerial arts champion, began training in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of six and competed for 17 years. She has studied contemporary and modern dance and in 2006, she took her talent to the stage by opening the Winter Olympic Games ceremony in Turin. She specialises in silks, hoop, contortion, trapeze, corde lisse and straps.

Nicole Neolove is a street dancer and afrobeats and contemporary professional choreographer who started her journey in award-winning hip hop dance company, Boy Blue Entertainment, in London. She has plenty of performances to her credit including prestigious productions all over London such as the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony and the Royal Albert Hall for the Queen's birthday celebration this year. She has also taught in internationally-recognised performing arts schools such as the BRIT school and The Movement Factory, so rest assured you’re in good hands.

Martin Rycroft specialises in ballroom, salsa and tango and you might recognise him as a finalist from season four of Dancing with the Stars Middle East. Five-time consecutive ballroom and Latin champion in Wales, Rycroft has travelled all over the world teaching and choreographing ballroom dance, recently taking his talent to the big screen in Bollywood.
