Too quick for a weekend getaway? Too hot for a beachside staycation? No worries, we’ve got an incredible option for you this weekend and it involves a good amount of refuelling. Soulfit and W Doha bring the ultimate women’s weekend staycation from May 11-12 and this is a great opportunity to rediscover yourself and get involved in a full weekend of fitness.

Fuel your mind with yoga and meditation and fuel your workout with HIIT and Pilates workshops. You’ll also find workshops on nutrition, healthy living and finding your balance. The sessions brought to you by Heba, women’s empowerment guide, certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach and Leyla, a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and nutrition coach will take you through the weekend and by the end of it, you’ll come out a new person. The package also includes overnight stay at the W Doha and that itself is exciting enough.

After checking in on Friday May 11, guests will partake in a meet and greet with the coaches and other participants, followed by a yoga session and then a healthy brunch at Market. The rest of the day is packed with other activities like group coaching and healthy dinners. If you take the extended package, you’ll get to soak some sun at the Wet-Deck pool after getting pampered at Bliss Spa with a relaxing hour-long massage. You can also check out late, at 6pm.
