Check out this top high-rise bar in Doha

As much as we love Doha’s vibrant nightclubs and low-key bars, sometimes we’d just like a front-row seat to one of the most incredible skylines in the region with a brilliant beverage in hand. Before Infinity Lounge opened, there weren’t many places in the Msheireb area to get a (literal) taste of the high life, which is why we were so excited to hear about this dynamic new addition to the country’s nightlife scene.

Infinity Lounge is perched on the 20th floor of Alwadi Hotel Doha and there are plenty of reasons to love it.

Inspired by Jules Verne’s famous adventure novel Around the World in 80 Days, this new spot takes you on a tour through the globe via beverage creations and signature refreshments bursting with distinctive flavours from 29 countries.

Open from 5pm until 2am, the lounge offers stunning views of Doha’s glorious skyline over West Bay and Souq Waqif against a background of soothing music. It’s the perfect hideaway while also giving you a bird’s eye view of Doha’s beauty. If you’re thinking of the best time to visit, we’d probably recommend coming for sundowners, especially since you’ll get to see Doha transform from day to night.

The menu is designed in the style of an old novel and features 42 classic refreshments from 35 cities around the world. There are six signature creations for Alwadi exclusively – one from each continent. It’s a round-the-world journey which features popular woodsy and bitter refreshments from the USA’s prohibition era to exotic, spicy Asian creations or sweet and fruity Caribbean concoctions.

Our demands are simple – good drinks, great vibes and epic views – and we’ve found all of that here. So, see you there?
Open Mon-Sat 5pm-2am. Alwadi Hotel Doha, Mshiereb Downtown Doha (4009 9999).
