Get involved with an amateur acting group in various productions throughout the year. You can find a place on stage or behind the scenes.

Expand your mind. Berlitz (4455 0506) offers classes for various languages while Fanar Islamic Centre ( teaches reasonably priced Arabic lessons. Better your English at the British Council (4425 1888) or try the German Language Centre (4458 2783). For Japanese, head to the Qatar Eastern Language Centre (4491 9580).

Among numerous other courses, IAID Qatar offers a bunch of dance lessons for kids and adults with qualified instructors that will keep you fit and having fun. Try Indian classical, ballroom, ballet, jazz and hip hop.
