Al Batross
The three-star Al Bustan Hotel boasts this small but popular Lebanese hangout; locals seem to be the main clientele, which is a good sign. You might want to bring your sunglasses, though. No, it’s not alfresco, but it is extremely shiny – mirrored pillars, bottle coolers and polished floors make staring at the sun seem appealing. The menu is packed with, soups, salads, kebabs, steaks, fish, chicken and pasta – way too much to choose from, so we recommend the mixed grill, which is as tender as it is tasty.
