Despite the incorporation of ingredients such as tofu, chilli, noodles and rice, Korean dishes possess a character that is truly distinct, and the delights here stay true to this. Augmenting the gigantic main dishes is a whole array of delicious complimentary banchan (side dishes) meaning you will be both sated and satisfied when you eventually leave this unprepossessing culinary haven.
