Tajine
Great Moroccan food and an al fresco setting 1 Reviews
If you are going to name yourself after Morocco’s national dish, it’s best that you make a decent fist of it. Thankfully the rich stews served up in the conical clay pots here are as alluring as a deep red sun setting over the main square in Marrakech. There’s a whole host of the blighters here – each with meltingly tender chicken or soft, yielding lamb that simply falls off the bone and delicious and delicately spiced sauces. With a sparkling al-fresco setting to match the accomplished food, there’s no indication of anyone letting the Moroccan side down here.
