Relax and enjoy our selection of Caribbean and South American inspired snacks and beverages from our tiki bar, while chillin’ and enjoying the enchanting view of Doha sparkling Arabian Gulf at night Timings: 6pm-11pm (Thursday)

The Pool Grill chefs continues to celebrate the South Brazilian barbecue tradition by creating the perfect festive ambiance for family and friends gatherings. Start the festive evening with a delectable buffet featuring traditional Brazilian salads, soups and appetizers. Meat, fish and chicken slowly roasted on skewers over open fire pits are all served directly from the grill to diners and the choice is theirs to select their favourite meat Timings: 7pm onwards (Wednesday)
With its location on the fringe of the Gulf, the Pool Grill promises fine views and fresh air straight off of the cool sea water any time of the day or night. The open-plan restaurant is perfect for mooching away the afternoon or a romantic dinner. The food is a little hit and miss, but stick for the grilled seafood or meats and you won’t be disappointed.
