The stuffing
Black Angus is cooked in Bolognese sauce and tossed with rich Mediterranean spices including cumin and paprika.

The topping
Shredded mozzarella cheese is generously thrown on top and then baked until golden brown, making this a very indulgent affair.

The BASE
A large aubergine is char-grilled and then cut in half. Expect brilliant aromas and smoky flavours.

The side
A fresh fattoush salad with pomegranate on the side cuts through the strong, meaty taste and adds a light, summery zing to the whole dish.
