This is not the month to stay indoors. With cooler weather comes a need to head outside, and the city is full of excuses to dance in your flip flops on the sand. Beside Beachfest, Paloma at the InterContinental also takes it outdoors on Thursday November 3. With a beach barbecue and three bars open on the beach to keep the party going, entertainment will include the Big Mouth Band from 8pm with their rock stylings, followed by Paloma Resident DJ Shadi and Lava Resident DJ Paul Mendez taking the stage afterwards. Plus, ladies get unlimited free drinks from 9pm-11pm. Tickets are QR120 for guys, QR60 for girls or QR185 with dinner, QR250 for VIP. Can’t make it to either event? No sweat: the Pearl Lounge stages a beach party every Friday night this month. From 7pm-2am, head outside with DJ Joe Mitri. Entrance is free for all, and ladies get one free drink when entering before 12.30am.
