Learn to run, mums!
Join the Doha Mums for their Couch to 5k running program every Monday and Thursday at 8.15pm at Aspire Park. Workouts last around an hour with a cool down and stretching portion, and kids in jogging strollers are welcome. And come November, be ready to join the group as it progresses from 5k to 10k!
