Celebrate the stars
Check out the Tanabata Star Festival, the story of two young lovers who meet only on the seventh day of the seventh month on a bridge formed across the Milky Way. Dr. Christian Wacker kicks it off with ‘The Early Years of the Modern Olympic Games’ on July 11, with Dr. Kelly Knez presenting ‘Woman, Media & Olympic Games’ on July 18, and Dr. Marcia De Franceschi Neto rounding it off with ‘Brazil Goes Olympic (Rio 2016)’ on July 25.
