Battle with the bands
The Clash is back! For the sixth year in a row, watch the best local bands thrash it out on stage for the title of Best Band in Doha. The heats have come and gone, the chaff is gone and now it’s nothing but musical wheat: the semi finals take the stage on Dec 23. Tickets are QR80 including one beverage from the sponsor. Go to Carnival
South American style heats up Doha at newly revamped Rocca, with a Carnival party. Resident DJ Mark Bambach plus special guest DJ Madi straight from Beirut bring the best of Latino house and salsa, alongside live percussionists. Dust off your feather boas and fancy masks and you’ll get free shots from the bar—the best outfit wins a free dinner for two. Entry is free, from 8pm-2am.
