Help the children
Virgina Commonwealth University-Qatar presents the Children of Gaza exhibition. Featuring the work of artists Giuseppe Aquili, Jim McFarlane, Anthony Dawton, and Dia Azzawi, the show will benefit the Save the Children Fund. Curated by Anthony Dawton and Dia Azzawi, the event is free and open to the public. The opening reception starts at 6pm on Nov 9.

Party with Beethovan
The Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra starts November with Symphony No.7 in A Major, Op.92 as well as his Ah perfido, scene and aria for soprano and orchestra, Op.65. Conducted by Gerd Albrecht and featuring soprano Petra Fröse, the show will also include Mendelssohn’s The Hebrides (Fingal’s Cave), Op.26 and Infelice, Op.94.

Learn to cook like an Italian
Learn the secrets of homemade pasta and laugh in the face of low carb diets. Simple yet delicious, the lesson includes homemade sauce.
