The distinctive green hexagonal lollipops outside the buildings identify Primary Healthcare Centres. Residents must have a valid health card – available from these centres. Currently, subsidised charges are levied for prescriptions and treatments, though a new system will be implemented shortly. Visitors have to pay for consultations and prescriptions.
