Why go? There’s now a designated kitesurfing beach in Larnaka, at Softades near Kiti, the first and only registered kitesurfing club in Cyprus. The beach (also called ‘The Spot’) is open to everyone, including absolute beginners, and also features a kitesurfing school (www.kitemed.com) that runs specialised courses.
