How long in Doha: Exactly one year

Longest shift work: In my department long shifts are very common, recently we did a 36 hours straight shift.

What do you like about your job? It brings a lot of variety and I get to meet a lot of people, but most of all, we get to create and share a part of our guest’ life’s ranging from a wedding to a company’s launch.

What’s challenging about your job? We have to be very flexible when it comes to events as in most cases lots of changes are happening last minute. Just a drop of rain might trigger a whole new plan.

What makes your job unique? It allows me to be creative and does not tie me to one place. I get to make people happy all over Doha, from skyscrapers to private homes, from a racing circuit to a golf course, from beach parties to Oktoberfest. Every event is a unique experience.

What do you do for fun in Doha? I love taking a walk around the Corniche, and exploring Souq Waqif. These places are full of life, and allow me to soak up the local culture.
