How do you follow up creating iconically clueless B-boys, Kazakh journalists and fashionistas? Easy: Play a dense totalitarian despot. Sacha Baron Cohen and Borat director Larry Charles jettison the gonzo approach, but sneak peeks suggest they’ve retained their brilliant sense of bad taste.—DF

Just a correction to Davis Fear's piece on The Hobbit.
Peter Jackson is a New Zealander not an Aussie. He was born in NZ, lives there and almost exclusively makes all his movies there. The Hobbit (as was LOTR) was entirely filmed and produced in New Zealand. -
