The written word is not dead, we swear. Nor is it scary, unsettling, or difficult, just because certain books may occasionally grace school curriculums (or should). So, put down the remote, turn off the TIVO, log off Facebook and prepare to have your mind grapes blown, literary virtuoso-style.
