Sometimes, you just have to ‘put on the Ritz’. We’ve been known to hum that track while dancing down the stairs to this gem, tucked in the Lagoon restaurant. It can get a little crowded navigating the different sections, but it’s worth it for the sushi, the meat dishes, and the amazing pretzel bread. Do not skip the bread: this is one place where you will want to fill up at the bread basket. Or skip all that and head directly to the waffle station: this is where certain members of Team TODO have been known to install themselves and refuse to leave. It’s clear there are tables who make this a weekly ritual: the staff know them and their friendly treatment of their regulars has been known to illicit jealousy in first-time Ritzers. Just have to keep coming back!
