Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), organisers of the third annual Abu Dhabi International Triathlon, is giving triathlon enthusiasts from across the GCC a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become a 'Local Hero'. Competition winners will receive:

· Return flights to Abu Dhabi on the UAE’s award-winning national airline, Etihad Airways

· Two-nights’ accommodation at the beachfront Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan hotel

· An exclusive 8 week training pack containing nutritional advice, dietary plans and physio tips from Abu Dhabi Triathlon Team experts.

The winners will have the option of competing in either: the 223kms main long course, the half-length short course, and the successful 2011 debuted sprint course.
